Lead generation: customers, not clicks

A lead is not a click and not "audience reached". A lead is the contact of a real person who is ready to buy: their name, phone or email, and a clear signal that they need exactly your service. The difference is fundamental — clicks stay in a report, while a lead becomes a conversation, an offer and a sale.

Most agencies show you pretty reach numbers. As a strategic growth partner for small 2–20 person teams, we measure what actually matters to your business: how many enquiries you got, what each one cost, and how many of them became customers.

We build the complete system — from the ad to the contact landing in your CRM — so that every week you get a stream of quality enquiries and only talk to people who genuinely want to buy.

How the system works

One system — from the ad to the customer in your CRM

Lead generation is not a single ad launched on a hunch. It is a connected chain where every part has a job — and you see the result of the whole chain in numbers.

1. Advertising

Google and Meta ads reach people when they are searching for your service or match your ideal customer. Budget flows to wherever the lead is cheapest.

2. Landing pages

A fast, clear page with one goal — turning a visitor into an enquiry. No distracting menus, with a clear offer and trust signals.

3. Forms and calls

The enquiry arrives however the customer prefers — a short form, a call or a message. Every contact is captured, none of them gets lost.

No enquiry disappears →
Key step

4. Qualification

Form questions and filters separate the curious from the buyers: budget, timeline, need. Your time goes only to people who genuinely want to buy.

You only talk to buyers →

5. CRM handover

Every qualified lead lands automatically in your CRM or at least a tidy list — with contact details, source and need. All that is left is to call.

Order instead of chaos →

6. Measurement

The key metric is cost per lead. Every month you see how many leads you got, what each one cost, and where we improve the system next.

Numbers, not impressions →
Pricing

Lead generation is part of the Growth plan

Lead generation is included in the Growth plan — from €590/mo together with Google and Meta advertising and social media. The ad budget is paid separately, directly to Google and Meta, so you always see where every euro goes. No long contracts — the system has to pay for itself, otherwise you don't need it.

Frequently asked questions

Lead generation — common questions

How much does one lead cost?
Cost per lead depends on the sector, competition and city — in service businesses it usually ranges from a few euros to a few dozen. The service itself is included in the Growth plan from €590/mo, and you pay the ad budget directly to Google and Meta. Our job is to lower the cost per quality lead every month — and you see that number in your report.
How many leads will I get per month?
It depends on the ad budget, sector and season. For a small 2–20 person team, 10–50 quality leads per month is usually enough to keep the calendar full. We calibrate the system in the first month, then set a realistic monthly target and track it together.
Where do the leads come from?
From Google search and Meta (Facebook, Instagram) advertising that leads to purpose-built landing pages with forms and a call button. Every lead is tagged with its source, so you see exactly which channel brings the cheapest, highest-quality contacts — and we direct more budget there.
How do you separate quality leads from the merely curious?
We qualify before the lead ever reaches you: forms ask a few targeted questions (need, timeline, budget), ads target only the right audience, and clearly unsuitable enquiries are filtered out. Only contacts worth a sales conversation make it into your CRM or list.
When will I see the first leads?
Usually within the first week or two after launch, as soon as the ads and landing pages go live. Over the first 4–8 weeks the system calibrates — cost per lead drops and quality rises. Every month you get a clear report with real numbers.
